  • Scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2017, the new Elizabeth Catlett Street Residence Hall is a 12-story, 311,000-SF, 1,049-bed Living and Learning Community on the banks of the Iowa River.
  • An 800-person capacity dining component will be incorporated into the residence hall.
  • Multi-purpose space and flexible study lounges are incorporated into the space to encourage interaction and collaboration among students.
  • An outdoor lounge will features fire pits and unobstructed views of the Iowa River.
  • The building is designed to include future capability for an elevated courtyard.
