  • Located on the 41st floor of the iconic Kemper Building in downtown Chicago, Sky Lounge provides 360-degree views of the city skyline and functions as an exceptional common space for building tenants.
  • Sky Lounge is open to all building tenants and functions as a lunch room, casual meeting spot, remote workspace and private event space.
  • Sky Lounge includes a pantry kitchen, encouraging building tenants to get away from their desk at lunch.
  • At the building’s edge, the focus is on the 360 degree skyline view. The simple, dark material palette helps frame the view toward the skyline. The lighting design reinforces this focal point, as the light is directed at the foot and ceiling to reduce glare.
  • The recessed areas of the space incorporate punches of green and tangerine to promote activity.
