  • In designing Norwood Crossing, it was important that the new development complement the Victorian homes prevalent in the neighborhood's surrounding historic district.
  • Various activity spaces were designed for Norwood Crossing, including formal dining areas.

  • The new campus was designed to include long term care skilled nursing units, assisted living apartments including units specifically for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, and independent living apartments.
  • The four story independent living building is intended to reflect the character of the existing 1909 building that currently occupies the site, having a substantial urban presence with distinct historic scale and detailing.
