Martha Ball elevated to AIA’s College of Fellows

Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) congratulates Martha Ball, FAIA, LEED AP, BD+C, who has been elevated to the American Institute of Architects (AIA) 2017 College of Fellows.

AIA Fellows are recognized with the AIA’s highest membership honor for their exceptional work and contributions to architecture and society. Architects who have made significant contributions to the profession and society and who exemplify architectural excellence can become an AIA Fellow.

As a Higher Education Studio Leader in the firm's Los Angeles office, Martha leads complex multidisciplinary projects, including student housing, state-of-the-art science and research, and academic and healthcare facilities working with top-tier institutions.

“HED congratulates Martha Ball on this prestigious distinction,” said J. Peter Devereaux, Chief Executive Officer of HED. “She joins a distinguished group of eight additional HED staff who are part of the AIA’s College of Fellows. We thank her for her dedication to making HED a great design firm.”

Her recent experience includes the USC Village, Pepperdine University's Outer Precinct Residence Hall, UC Riverside's Fawcett Laboratory Renewal, and UC Irvine's Middle Earth Student Housing development.
