James Zwolensky joins as Higher Education Studio Leader

Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) is pleased to announce James Zwolensky, AIA, LEED AP, has joined the firm as Associate, Studio Leader, Higher Education Design Studio.  Based in HED’s Southfield, Michigan, office, Zwolensky will lead all aspects of the firm's Higher Education Studio in the Detroit area.

With over 25 years of experience in architectural and project leadership, Zwolensky has a demonstrated ability to lead a wide variety of higher education projects ranging in scope and size.  Zwolensky brings a diverse portfolio to the firm with experience in all higher education project types.  Zwolensky has worked on a number of key higher education projects across the nation, including the New Performing Arts Center at Grand Valley State University; the New Science and Music Classroom Building at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley; and a masterplan and renovation of the Chester Fritz Library at the University of North Dakota.

Prior to joining HED, Zwolensky most recently served as Senior Project Manager at Stantec.
