Harley Ellis Devereaux was recently named one of the Best and Brightest Companies To Work For in the U.S. by the National Association for Business Resources (NABC). NABR has identified numerous best HR practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
The 2011 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. They include Communication, Community Initiatives, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity and Multiculturalism, Employee Education and Development, Employee Engagement and Commitment, Recognition and Retention, Recruitment and Selection, Small Business and Work-Life Balance.
