Universities and colleges are growing and the pressure to accommodate new housing demands and do it in a timely manner is becoming more prevalent. As a result, institutions are seeking to build complex student housing facilities through innovative delivery methods that save the university time and money. This session will take attendees through the entire lifecycle of a large-scale design-build project, focusing on the University of Iowa's Madison Street Residence Hall as a case study.

HED's session is Monday, July 11 at 11 a.m.
