Mike Cooper Discusses High Performance Building Engineering

Mike Cooper, PE, Managing Principal Detroit, was published in the March issue of CAM magazine. The article, “HVAC Decisions that Slash Operating Costs and Raise Space Utilization,” discusses building engineering beyond the context of energy efficiency and total cost of ownership.  “What is often not recognized is the positive impact engineered systems can have on the overall facility design and utilization of work space,” says Cooper.  “Increasing productivity improves an organization’s bottom line in the same way that reducing energy consumption does.”  Read the complete article:
